  7. ACT! can notify you when you have scheduled more than one activity at the same time. You can then accept the schedule conflicts or reschedule the new activity.

  9. <LI>From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.
  10. <LI>Tap the Scheduling tab.
  11. <LI>Select the Enable Activity Conflict Checking option and tap OK.

  13. <p>When you schedule an activity that conflicts with an already scheduled activity, ACT! alerts you.
  14. <p>To turn off conflict checking for all activities, select the Disable Activity Conflict Checking option in the Conflicting Activities dialog box.
